As the race comes to its climactic final kilometre, spectators are on the edge of their seats watching riders fight to maintain their positions behind their lead-out train.
However, the true preparation for this intense sprint begins much earlier, with the speed ramping up within the last 20km of the race.
To truly unleash his maximum sprint potential, Pascal must train to optimize his efficiency during this crucial final hour of racing.
