Workout description
Mikkel Bjerg is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced riders when it comes to preparing for a Time Trial.
His preparation methods are highly precise and methodical, which have resulted in three U23 World Championship victories in the past.
In this workout, we are going to follow one of Mikkel's final training sessions leading into a major Grand Tour Time Trial.
