The Power Performance Decoder test protocol will provide you with a complete metabolic performance profile.

Your performance relies on more than just Anaerobic Threshold (FTP).

Other areas to consider Aerobic Capacity (VO2max) and Anaerobic Capacity (Vlamax).

This testing should not be carried out immediately after a hard training block.

For better reliability, one or two rest days are ideal.

NOTE: ERG mode MUST be on.

It will automatically turn off for free-ride intervals.
